Scholarships and Bursaries

The College offers the following Scholarships. All Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Principal and further discussion is not to be entered into.

Emmanuel P&F Mission and Values Scholarship – Men and Women of Service (apply in Year 10)

One (or equivalent) scholarship of up to 50% of tuition fees for Years 11 and 12 is awarded to a student entering Year 11 at the College, who actively lives the College Values, upholds the ethos of the College and contributes to all areas of College life.

Academic Scholarship Years 7-9 (apply in Year 6)

Two (or equivalent) scholarships are offered to academically able students who are entering the College in Year 7. These scholarships cover up to 50% of the tuition fees for Years 7, 8 and 9.

Academic Scholarship Years 10-12 (apply in Year 9)

Two (or equivalent) scholarships are offered to students entering Year 10. These scholarships cover up to 50% of the tuition fees for Years 10, 11 and 12. Students can apply when they are in Year 9.

Music Scholarship

The College invites all established musicians, to apply for a Music Scholarship to cover Music Lesson tuition fees. A total of one full scholarship per Year Group (Years 7-12) will be awarded each year, along with a range of up to 50% scholarships in Years 7-10.

Academy Scholarships (apply in Year 6)

Students entering the College in Year 7 are invited to apply for scholarships for our specialist academies. These scholarships cover the individual’s Academy kit and 25% of tuition fees for Year 7. Selection is based on evidence of a positive reference along with a trial/audition showcasing necessary skills, attitude, and experience. Applicants who have not received access to prior coaching yet shows potential will still be considered. The following scholarships are on offer:

Music Lesson Lottery

In addition to offering Music Scholarships, the College runs a Music Lesson Lottery each Term. Current students, interested in finding out if the instrumental program suits them, are invited to enter the Lottery for the chance to win a term of Music Tuition at no cost. Four places are offered each term.

Lottery opening dates and information will be advertised to families through internal College communication channels.

The College offers the following Bursaries:

Aboriginal Bursary

The College offers Aboriginal Bursaries to Indigenous students upon entry to the College. This Bursary covers 60% of the tuition fee.

General Bursary

The College offer Bursaries for extreme financial hardship. The Bursary is applicable for the current year and applies to the Tuition Fee only. A specific criterion needs to be met for the assessment of the Bursary application.
