The College would like to thank Cameron Dawe, one of our parents for being the first to take part in our ‘Leading Change Through Connection’ initiative. During the opening Year 12 Assembly for 2024, Cameron provided tips on how to increase their chances of future employment.
He discussed protecting their digital footprint, writing resumes that stand out from the crowd and creating a point of difference during the interview process. Cameron emphasised that employers are not only looking for student results, but their character in terms of whether they are the right fit for the company. We look forward to having Cameron work with our Year 9 students and Year 12 Careers and Enterprise students as the year progresses.
