Ella (Year 7, Teresa) has been researching the Life of a Child in Afghanistan as one of her projects this year. She was inspired by the Morris Gleitzman book Boy Overboard that all Year 7 students cover in English.
Ella created a poster on Afghan culture and wanted to investigate cuisine from Afghanistan. We cooked Afghan Dumplings and tested our fine motor skills wrapping each Wonton wrapper around beef mince, turmeric, onion and coriander. They tasted great!
